 “Body weight training is something which I was very keen to practice for a long time but never got time as I am a powerlifter. But in lockdown I switched to bodyweight training. Started my training under Hemant sir. My point of view about gaining strength changed . Sir made me learn each and every workout in proper form. That leads to gaining more power and strength. I lost my weight without losing my strength. In fact I gained strength which helped me in as a powerlifter. I learned how to do push ups, pullups, and handstand with proper technique. Now  I am sorted that I will continue with calisthenics in my future.  

Thanks to Hemant sir who also cleared a few  things that we can increase our strength and muscle power without weight training. 😊”

 “ Being a triathlete, I need good strength for performing all three sports in one go and somewhere I was missing on the strength part a bit. So I decided to go for personal training.


I met Hemant through Instagram and approached him for personal training. I never thought that body weight training can be so interesting. Every time, Hemant comes up with some different exercise which keeps training interesting. The best thing about his training is that he trains for full body strengthening in all his sessions. His training pattern is very different and unique. There is so much to learn from him. 


He is encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with her explanations and visuals to demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure you are safely and effectively achieving your fitness goals. I can see the difference in my strength in a month only. It’s been a great experience with him.”

 “ I have been working out regularly since 2015.Gym was kind of a second home for me as I myself have been a certified trainer. But lately I started getting bored from traditional weight lifting and cardio which involve equipment .I got in touch with Hemant sir on Instagram and started to explore the science behind bodyweight training. It was a new thing for me and hence I got really fascinated. I learned to do basic calisthenics moves like handstand, front lever, muscle up and I immediately realized it won’t be an easy journey but it would be all worth it in the end. The journey gets more interesting and fruitful when you have a good coach in your life. I guess I just got lucky."

"I have always struggled with my weight and tried multiple times to lose it but like always I used to give up. I lacked motivation, dedication and consistency.
