The main objective of this program is to improve major components of fitness: Strength, Explosiveness, mobility , flexibility , endurance and also, take your existing training to the next level.


In this program for all the intermediate athletes, we are going to apply training protocols to maximize muscle growth to take your physique to the next level and build more strength and improve our skills.
